After over 30 years as an elementary school teacher, I struggled with digestive issues, migraines, exhaustion and weight that wouldn't BUDGE,Ā  despite following a restrictive diet and rigorous exercise routine. It wasnā€™t until I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease that I began to see improvement. However, I later realized my symptoms werenā€™t just diet-relatedā€”years of overexertion and neglecting my body had led to severe hormonal imbalances.

This personal journey, combined with witnessing loved ones suffer from preventable illnesses, inspired me to become an Integrative Nutrition & Health Coach. I trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, gaining expertise in dietary theories and lifestyle coaching methods.

Now, as a coach, I help individuals stuck in frustrating cycles to step outside their comfort zones, stay accountable, and build sustainable habits that balance hormones, improve energy, and eliminate symptoms like joint pain, brain fog, and hot flashes. Achieving body composition goals in midlife and beyond requires a new, holistic approachā€”one that focuses on nourishing and healing the body first.
