Rose Amonte Yodzio Coaching is a women's nutrition, health, and fitness coaching company that focuses predominantly on optimizing women's midlife hormones, particularly as you start going through perimenopause, menopause and onwards. I know that you start experiencing so many changes at this time in your life, whether it's stubborn weight that you can’t get rid of, hot flashes, night sweats, exhaustion and irritability, brain fog, or waking in the middle of the night that seems to come out of absolutely nowhere, despite you not changing anything. So you go back to those tried and true methods of cutting calories, cutting carbs, doing a bunch of cardio, yet it feels like nothing is working.Â
You are putting in all of this effort and you're just moving backwards. But we know now that your body is inherently different now that you've gone through these hormonal changes.
