Hi, I'm Rose

I am the creator of Midlife Metabolism Makeover & owner of Rose Amonte Yodzio Coaching, LLC.  I support women on their journey to lose stubborn weight, reclaim energy and overcome frustrating hormonal symptoms associated with perimenopause and menopause. 

 After over 30 years as an elementary school teacher, I struggled with gaining & losing the same weight over & over again, digestive issues, migraines, and exhaustion, despite following a restrictive diet and rigorous exercise routine. Years of overexertion and neglecting my body had led to severe hormonal imbalances.

This personal journey, combined with witnessing loved ones suffer from preventable illnesses, inspired me to become an Integrative Nutrition & Health Coach, Health Mindset Coach, Certified HTMA Practitioner & Certified Menopause Specialist.
