Rose supports women on their journey to reclaim energy and overcome frustrating hormonal symptoms associated with perimenopause and menopause, such as poor sleep, bloating, and brain fog.

 

"After over 30 years as an elementary school teacher, I struggled with digestive issues, migraines, and exhaustion, despite following a restrictive diet and rigorous exercise routine. It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease that I began to see improvement. However, I later realized my symptoms weren’t just diet-related—years of overexertion and neglecting my body had led to severe hormonal imbalances.

This personal journey, combined with witnessing loved ones suffer from preventable illnesses, inspired me to become an Integrative Nutrition & Health Coach. I trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, gaining expertise in dietary theories and lifestyle coaching methods.

Now, as a coach, I help individuals stuck in frustrating cycles to step outside their comfort zones, stay accountable, and build sustainable habits that balance hormones, improve energy, and eliminate symptoms like joint pain, brain fog, and hot flashes. Achieving body composition goals in midlife and beyond requires a new, holistic approach—one that focuses on nourishing and healing the body first.

This passion led me to create Balanced Life Academy, a program designed to help you transform your health and reclaim your vitality."

Nutrition Audit and what to consider for your personalized approach. Learn my gentle structure. "Plate of 4 Method" and how to fit it into your life instead of fitting your life into another restrictive program!

✧ Month 2: Rebuild: You get a personalized protocol to balance YOUR minerals and hormones.  Learn how your mineral and blood sugar affect your hormone balance and how to get everything back in harmony.    Understand how to eat, move and live in ways that support a healthy metabolism and support gut health to lose the bloating FOR GOOD!

✧ Month 3: Learn to live INTENTIONALLY so that you NEVER have to look for another quick fix program or another coach again!
